Imagine the excitement as teams and individuals begin prepping
for their BIG NIGHT where they will be performing at your
Company Christmas party for the title "IDOL of The Year"
or "Idol of Your Company". This will surely attract
more excitement than any other year. Guaranteeing a larger
turnout for your upcoming event, as teams and individuals
encourage their friends at work to turn out and give them
moral support. "Limited Seating Available"
Here
is how our deluxe package works… One
month prior to your event our traveling host and camera
crew will visit your company taping and auditioning the
contestants. What a great way to build anticipation for
your event and even create a bit of a stir around the company
on "Audition Day". From this audition we will create segments
of all the contestants that have entered and the tape will
be played during dessert at your event. This will surely
get the audience in the mood as they see fellow employees
auditioning for the BIG SHOW DOWN which will finally take
place this evening.
As your guests arrive, the entrance to the ballroom will
consist of a red carpet and Hollywood props ranging from
clap boards to palm trees. A SHOW CARD will feature
a list of the finalists, as well as an 8 by 10 photo mounted
of each performer or group, that will be performing this
evening. Our host for the evening and his assistants will
interview and mingle with your guests during the reception
and possibly hold last minute auditions. Who knows we might
even be "secretly" video taping these auditions and interviews
for viewing on the AV screen in the ballroom. What a great
icebreaker "where your guests are the entertainment"!
Upon entering the ballroom the Stage will be the main focus
of the party area with a large "IDOL SEARCH" sign suspended
at back of the stage. Two large ten foot tall "GOLD GLITTERED
ICONS" with gold records inserted in this "AWARDS SCULPTURES"
will flank the stage. Palm trees, glitter stars and music
notes will be the final touches to the stage backdrop.
Dinner is served, and during dessert a drum roll begins
to fill the room and a voice fills the air announcing that
"we will now show you the preliminary auditions of
many contestants prior to seeing the finalists perform for
you live on this very stage where one and only one contestant
or group will walk away with the title "2003 IDOL WINNER"
as decided by our judges or audience applause.
After the taped auditions are viewed our
IDOL HOST for the evening will make a grand entrance
with indoor fire works, smoke bombs and elaborate lighting
effects to announce the contestants for the evening.
